Emeka Okoye

Chief Executive Officer

With a relentless drive for success, Emeka continues to lead the development and execution of the Company’s long and short-term plans and strategies, with a view to creating shareholders' value.

He has managed projects in Heavy Civil Works, Agricultural infrastructure development, Gas Compression, Facility Integrity management and revamp services.

He holds an MBA in Business Administration and General Management from the University of Nicosia in Cyprus, a B.Eng. in Structural Engineering from the University of Benin, and is certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Professional.

Bok Shaibu

Chief Technical Officer

A Process Facilities expert, Shuaibu oversees Formations' upstream and energy infrastructure EPCI projects including planning layouts, engineering designs, procurement, cost tracking, inventory management, repairs and maintenance programs, and QHSE/regulatory adherence. His adeptness continues to post-construction with asset integrity and maintenance program oversight.

Shuaibu led DGS’Project and Technical Services SBU, successfully coordinating several medium to large EPC contracts to the value of > US$ 200 million.

He holds an MSc. in Oil and Gas Engineering from the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, a B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from the Ahmadu Bello University, and certificates in Contract Management and Managing People from the University of Southampton and the University of Reading respectively.
